照我的理解，第一题选B更好一点。
这是表语从句，所以不能省略“that”

答案是C，我想是因为who will go实际上是一个疑问句，所以不用that。

who will go 不是疑问句，就是从句，因为who是从句的主语，这个是陈述句语序，当然是从句。用在be动词后面，所以是表语从句。
不太理解答案C是怎么回事
