2.Tom is always made to work for 12 hours a day by the boss.为什么不用to be working？
3.现在分词作定语什么时候用？过去分词呢？

我看是答非所问，说清楚一点：
1.为什么要用将来被动？理由呢？
2.为什么不用进行时态？

不好意思，我要先纠正下你的问题：
1.为什么“要用”－－应改为“不用”将来被动？理由呢？
2.为什么不用“进行时态”－应改为“动词不定式的进行式”？

希望我的回答可以解决你的问题：
１。此句为祈使句。即要求你要经常做到的动作，所以时态要用一般现在时。我猜测你是在用从句中使用一般现在代替一般将来来反推此问题的，所以找不到正确答案。
２。首先，此句为由make +O.+Oc构成的结构，当其后跟v．时，表示将要发生的动作，一次性的动作或者是不强调与动词make这个动作一起发生。
　　其次，在本句中，是被动，不定式的符号要还原。
　　再次，你看本句中的两个动作是一起发生的还是先后发生的呢？
　　很明显，是先有make动作，在有work动作，并且该两个动作非同时发生，而且也不强调同时发生。
３。你的第三个问题比较大。这牵涉到v．ing形式与v．ed形式的区别问题：
　　简单的说，ving形式表示持续性，表主动，表经常发生，表用途，单个的往往用它所修饰的词的前面，若是短语则放其后；
　　　　　　　ved形式表示被动，表完成，表示已经发生。

这也就意味着will也是可以的喽....而只不过又是一个常用和不常用的问题？

怎么可能有这样的句子。。。

记得我们老师在课上一再强调：
make sure 后面的从句，用现在时代替将来时，
无论如何是不能用将来时的，
一定要用现在时！

我觉得joham50老师的答案很正确。就是说得太简洁了，弄得求教者没看懂。我这里把joham50老师的意思复述一遍，请joham50老师和各位指教。
1.    Make sure（走的时候确保） all the lights are turned off（灯是关着的） when you leave here.
这句话里，joham50老师认为all the lights are turned off 不是被动句，而是一个表示事物状态的主系表句子。

不过考试的话，就一定不能了~~~

make sure 后的宾语从句确实在绝大多数情况下都用一般现在时替代将来时。但
