本人认为答案是C，试题给的是B. 哪个正确？

I have the same answer to the first question as yours.
The second answer maybe we can give another consideration. Two medium bowls of Sam’s soup are two bowls of soup, not two bowl quantity of soup. So the bill is double 3 yuan.
Just my own idea.
